REPLACEMENT:

We'll send you a replacement if:

  • You receive defective or damaged IPULL units, or if they were damaged during shipping.
  • There are missing items in your order upon receipt.

Please note:

  • Damages caused by customers or discarded units without proper documentation aren't eligible for replacement.

REFUNDS:

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for IPULL products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know, and we'll provide a return address for a replacement or refund as preferred.

Please be aware:

  • You are responsible for paying return shipping costs if you no longer wish to retain the IPULL items and seek to initiate a return. We only accept returns for items that are sealed and unused.
  • We cannot refund shipping fees for returned items.
  • Refunds are not applicable for damages caused by customers or shipping issues within your control, such as incorrect addresses or discarded units.
  • Factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs clearance, carrier issues, public holidays, global events, peak seasons, unexpected events, and carrier strikes, may lead to delays in delivery.
